A New civil War in Lebanon ?
The Consumer Price Index rose by 3.4 percent in February 2012 compared to the same period last year while inflation was up 0.8 percent since January 2012, according to figures released Wednesday by the Central Administration of Statistics.
Various consumer protection groups have long cast doubt on the veracity of the numbers issued by the Central Administration of Statistics.
According to Consumers Lebanon, prices have increased by more than 5 percent since deliberations over a wage increase started some months ago.
Such remarkable increase in inflation rates and such huge increase in CPI each month, will lead to a huge explosion that will be translated by a civil war in Lebanon! Despite all other reasons that might cause a civil war in our country the economic reason that be the ideal stimuli for this conflict !
People should be united, all the citizens, the 95% of the Lebanese population should be united against the remaining 5%. We should soon start taking the streets peacefully to avoid any kind of new war in our country !!
